Last friday, I had the great honour of shooting some of Towe and Andreas wedding photos. As some of you might remember, I took their engagement photos last spring and now the time had come for them to be wed. This was also a great opportunity for me to finally try using the medium format camera I bought last autumn. To my great relief, the photos turned out fine despite the fact that I had almost forgotten how to use the camera
Anyway, I'm very happy that I got the chance to try my hand at wedding photography. It's always nice to try something new, although I think I might be to self-critical to ever dare to take on the responsibility of shooting official wedding photos.
I wish Towe and Andreas all the best in the future, Towe is one of my most beloved models and it's nice to see great things like this happening in her life

uhmmmm... it's a very nice picture, very cute and positive. and they are very interesting subjects after all...
but there's one thing i don't like much, the fact that her face is focused while his is not, for a newly wed couple picture this looks quite a problem to me...

Yeah, I fully agree with you on that. It annoys me to no end, but the lighting at that particular location was simply not good enough to allow for a wider depth of field. I took a roll of colour film in a place with better lighting, so hopefully some of those will turn out nice and sharp all over. The colour photos were more like my try on official wedding photos, while I mostly took this B/W roll to try out my new camera

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
