now that its june, we’ll sleep out in the garden
and if it rains, we’ll just sink in to the mud
where it is quiet and much cooler than the house is
and there is no clocks or phones to wake us up
because i have learned that nothing is as pressing
as the one who is pressing would like you to believe
and i am content to walk a little slower
because there is nowhere that i really need to be
2 weeks ago I arranged for yet another photo session with Sanna. This is the result. The photo session took place quite late in the evening (the sun set in right in the middle of it) so I used flash for most of the photos, including this one (I think). The vibrant colours are due to the fact that I had the film cross-processed (I used slide film which I then had processed in the process you use to develop ordinary negative colour film, it usually leads to strange contrast & colours). Well, actually the colours are a lot more vibrant in the actual photo but my scanner has a really hard time handling cross-processed images so it always makes the colours look less intense. I really hate submitting photos without writing anything else than technical info about them but I can't come up with anything more to say. This wasn't one of those deeply inspired and conceptual photo sessions, it was just me going "I really love those jummy colours you get from cross-processing, let's force Sanna to put on some colourful make-up & clothes and stand around looking pretty while I take some pictures".

impressive capture with excellent cross-colours and a very nice depth of field. the image looks peacefull even though the intense colors carry a sort of agressive tendency. this tendency ads strength makes the image heavier. i like that. worth a :fav+: btw: did you scan from the slide or from paper?
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
